- Use our AI tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.

4. Intellectual Property
The CenterNorth Technologies website, platform, and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are owned by CenterNorth Technologies and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our proprietary LLM Audit methodology, AI agent frameworks, and automation systems are trade secrets of CenterNorth Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our services utilize artificial intelligence to generate reports, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before acting upon.
- CenterNorth Technologies does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.
- You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform, and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.
- We do not sell or share your submitted data with third parties except as required to deliver our services.
6. Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize CenterNorth Technologies to charge your selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CenterNorth Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
